RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Standard items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Custom-made or made-to-order furniture cannot be returned unless faulty.

Delivery and collection costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Refunds will be processed once the item has been inspected and approved. We reserve the right to apply a handling fee where applicable.
